‘After Death’ Is In Theaters Friday And You’ll Definitely Leave A Little Speechless

What happens after death is probably one of life’s biggest and most asked questions that we actively seek an answer to. I had the blessing of being able to watch an advanced screening of the new film, After Death, from Angel Studios (The Chosen, Sound of Freedom) but it’s in theaters starting today and I HIGHLY recommend seeing this on the big screen. When the credits came up, I couldn’t move. My head was so full of thought and my heart was so full of hope. It took me a long time to gather my thoughts on what I had just seen.

After Death features interviews with New York Times best-selling authors, doctors, scientists, and near-death survivors including Don Piper (90 Minutes In Heaven), Dr. Mary Neal (To Heaven and Back), John Burke (Imagine Heaven), Dr. Jeffrey Long (Evidence of the Afterlife), and Dr. Raymond Moody (Life After Life).

Way back in 2017, I shared a post on a short documentary featuring Dale Black, a near death survivor of a plane crash here in Burbank at our very own Portal of the Folded Wings. Dale, and what he went through, is also featured in this thought provoking movie. His story, like all the others in this movie, are so incredibly detailed. But here’s the thing, not everyone who goes through this, has a positive experience before coming out of it. I won’t give spoilers here, but if you don’t believe there is real evil in our world, I definitely think you should sit for this.

After Death is a beautifully shot film that will absolutely challenge you to dig really deep on what you believe, regardless if you have a faith in God or not. If you’ve ever lost a loved one who was very close to you, you’re going to hear some messages of hope that might take your breath away.
