The big top is back! Or, at least it will be come April 20th. And, before I go any further, No, Circus Vargas DOES NOT use animals of any kind in its show. Unless you count a human in a cage every once and a while…but then it’s really fun because they’re on motorcycles spinning around each other. But, no animals.
Goggles, gears, and gadgets set the stage for 2017’s retro-futuristic production, Steam Cirque! This traveling act definitely has a core family of performers, but every time they come through, they’ve added a new look, new theme and some new performers. And be sure to keep a look out, because the people taking your tickets…are almost certain to show up on the trapeze or in some other crazy performance.
I love their set up, because there really isn’t a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices will vary, but I’m giving away a family pack of 4 tickets to get you geared up for their arrival! My favorite part of the circus is watching a tightrope walker. Ever since I saw “The Walk” and “Man on Wire” I’ve been fascinated by tightrope walking. Some of it is physics — hold a long pole with weighted ends. But most of it is pure nerve! “Noyve!” as the Cowardly Lion says. I love it. I would love to take my family to see it!

Honestly my favorite part of the circus as. Child was getting those crazy light up wands. I would love to take my daughter to see what hers is!! So proud of this circus for not using animals!

My kids loved the guys on the trampoline. I loved that we went to the circus right after school one afternoon and only had to drive 4 mins from our house!
I really like the part at the beginning where the kids get to go out and be in the stage and learn how to balance feathers, but all of our favorite part is the motorcycles inside the big ball-cage. It is so thrilling!

What I love about the circus is how family friendly it is! I love the cast, I love how happy everyone is! The energy is amazing! Circus Vargas happens to be my ABSOLUTE favorite circus!!! The acts are amazing, costumes are stunning and it’s over all amazing! That’s what I love about the circus!!!!
I don’t know my favorite part of the circus…. probably the acrobats!! But mostly the expressions on my kids faces as they have never been to the circus!
My son’s favorite part is the cannon or the motorcycles. Mine is that double circular thing that spins around and 2 guys run around inside and outside of it. Always knots up my stomach but it’s amazing.
This would be so fun to take my son to.
